2024 MEMORIAL DAY CUP

WELCOME TO OUR 2024 CHICAGO INTER MEMORIAL DAY CUP

Chicago Inter SC is inviting your teams to come participate in our Memorial Day event.

This is a great event for the region's younger athletes, but open to all U7-U19 boys and girls age groups.

Dates: May 24 - May 26, 2024
Friday evening games are only for local clubs. Per request for out of state teams.
Various flight levels to assure competitiveness for all age groups.
3 games guaranteed.

Cleveland Force, Chicago Inter, Minneapolis United, Midwest United, Indiana Elite, Galaxy SC, FC United,
Chicago Inter South, Bolingbrook Raiders, OP Sting, Rockford Raptors and many more to be added.
TOURNAMENT COST

U7/8 Boys and Girls 5v5, $495 per team - 25 minute halves

U7/8 Boys and Girls7v7 $595 per team - 25 minute halves

U9 Boys and Girls 7v7, $625 per team - 30 minutes halves

U10 Boys and Girls 7v7, $625 per team - 30 minute halves

U11 Boys and Girls 9v9, $695 per team - 30 minute halves

U12 Boys and Girls 9v9, $695 per team - 30 minute halves

U13 Boys and Girls 11v11, $725 per team - 35 minute halves

U14 Boys and Girls 11v11, $725 per team - 35 minute halves

U15 and Older Boys and Girls 11v11, $850 per team - 40 minute halves - 3 games no playoffs

2024 Memorial Day Cup Rules

TEAM CHECK-IN REQUIRED PAPERWORK

Check-In will be online through email. Please email all applicable documents below to [email protected] with your Club name followed by Team name in the subject line. Please send one email per team. Once event staff member reviews your documents, they will email back with your check-in status and whether anything else is needed.

Official League Roster - All Teams; You receive this from your League or Club

Tournament Roster - All Teams

Risk Management - All teams

Player Passes - All Teams; Please make a copy of multiple passes and upload in as few pages as possible. Passes for each team roster must be issued by the same sanctioning body (IE: All USYSA or US Clubs)

ILLINOIS Medical Release - Required for all non-IYSA teams. Sanctioning rules require the IYSA Release and will NOT accept any other medical release form. (One per player, please scan all forms into one document to upload)

Form NT - Required for all NON - UYSA Teams. Including US Clubs, Triple A and Recreational Teams

Travel Permit - Out of State USYSA teams only. Complete the request and submit the pdf form.

Guest Player Form - Players from within the same club do not need a guest player form. Complete the request and submit the pdf form.

We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMS® to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to our venues. This is a Stay to Play event. It is required that all teams traveling to this event reserve their hotel accommodations through TRAVELING TEAMS®. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
