Welcome to 2025 Chicago Inter  College Showcase

July 11 - 13 - 2025

This is the 14th Annual event and it's always a great opportunity for higher level teams and players to show their talent in front of 250+ college coaches.  In the last 2 years clubs attended from: California, Colorado, Utah, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Nebraska, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa and many more.
 
The application is open for U12 (2013) TO U19 (2006) Girls and Boys teams.

Entry fee:  $1050.00 for U12-U14, $1250.00 for U15-U19.

Each team will play 3 Showcase format games, one game per day on Friday-Saturday-Sunday. 
The playing facilities are about 30 minutes away from downtown Chicago, the summer is a great time for people to visit the city.

TEAM CHECK-IN REQUIRED PAPERWORK 

Check-In will be online through email. Please email all applicable documents below to [email protected] with your Club name followed by Team name in the subject line. Please send one email per team. Once event staff member reviews your documents, they will email back with your check-in status and whether anything else is needed.

Official League Roster - All Teams; You receive this from your League or Club

Player Passes - All Teams; Passes for each team roster must be issued by the same sanctioning body (IE: All USYSA or US Clubs)

Tournament Roster - All Teams

Risk Management - All teams

ILLINOIS Medical Release - Required for all non-IYSA teams.  Sanctioning rules require the IYSA Release and will NOT accept any other medical release form. (One per player, please scan all forms into one document to upload)

Form NT  - Required for all NON - UYSA Teams.  Including US Clubs, Triple A and Recreational Teams

Travel Permit - Out of State USYSA teams only.  Complete the request and submit the pdf form. 

Guest Player Form - Players from within the same club do not need a guest player form.  Complete the request and submit the pdf form.
