Chicago Inter Soccer Club U17 Girls

Chicago International Soccer Club, (Chicago Inter SC) U-17 Girls team had a very successful 2008 season. The team played in the Illinois Women’s Soccer League (IWSL) U-17 “A” division, the most competitive U-17 division sponsored by the IWSL. The team finished in first place with a record of 10 wins and no losses.

Next the team traveled to Evansville, Indiana to play the Veterans Invitational College Showcase Tournament. The team continued its dominating style of play, taking first place with a record 4 wins and on losses, scoring a total of 16 goals and not allowing any goals against them.

The team is coached and trained by Sena Halilovic, assisted by Rick Lakie and Dean Silver. The team consist of 16 girls representing five different high schools from Chicago’s southwest suburbs.
