Chicago Inter coaching staff works to make sure those players of all ages and abilities get the most out of the camp experience. The camp staff is committed to teaching players how toplay the game as well as how to love the game.

 

We believe the key to the development of players is making sure that all activities are fun as well as challenging and will focus on the following four pillars of the game.


Technical component - How you perform a certain skill such as: dribbling, passing, receiving, heading, shooting.
Tactical component - The decision making element of the game.  The when, where, why and what of the game.
Physical component - The fitness part of the game including: Endurance, speed, agility, quickness flexibility, strength, power, etc.
Psychological component - Refers to the intangible part of the game such as: mental toughness, emotions, stress, attitude towards self and others, etc.
