Rosters sent

This email is going to all families with registered players in the 12YO and younger recreation/draft divisions for baseball:

All rosters have been sent through the system during the past few days with the last ones distributed today. These include coach and player contact information for your team. There is a Field Usage link on our website that shows which coach has what field for practice. This covers the next few days. And as we add more coaches now that teams are set, all coaches must create a volunteer record, complete the concussion checklist and submit for a background check. There is a "How To For Coaches" link on our website to assist with all three activities. These activities cover the insurance requirements and those placed on us by the city of Brentwood.
