Referee Information
Redoubt employs
children/adults ages 12 and up to referee games. Redoubt provides a
nurturing learning environment for new referees. Referees must be
certified.

For Certified Refs:
The pay is based entirely on the age group for each game. For example, a U8 game will pay $16 since you are by yourself, whereas a U12 line would pay $13. The amount of games you do is up to you. If you show in the system you are available for 4 hours, we will give you as many as possible in that time frame. So your availability determines how many games you get.
